Christian Iemmolo
Director of CMI Build
Christian has been in the construction industry since 2010. With a foundation as a licensed carpenter and expertise in architectural drafting, Christian’s career began with a commercial builder. His highlight was working on a project at Boeing Aerostructures as a Junior Draftsman and Assistant Foreman. He expanded his qualifications with a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, eventually becoming a qualified builder for both domestic and low-rise commercial projects.
Christian is responsible for managing contracts and the necessary paperwork, organising meetings, and ensuring collaboration among teams. He is skilled in handling documents, scheduling, and maintaining effective communication. What he enjoys most is surpassing client expectations, delivering projects that not only meet but exceed their standards. Christian finds delivering projects with a high level of craftsmanship to be the most rewarding aspect of his work.
Michael Iemmolo
Director of CMI Build
Michael has gained a wealth of expertise in building since starting in the industry in 2009. With a Certificate IV in Carpentry, Michael possesses extensive industry experience that drives his proficiency in managing comprehensive construction projects. His role encompasses client liaison, managing trades, and overseeing projects as both site manager and supervisor.
What Michael enjoys most about his work is witnessing the transformation from raw materials into a complete, finely executed build. He takes great satisfaction in knowing that CMI Build delivers on promises and doing the right thing by their clients. Michael is grateful for the opportunity to provide quality service and ensure successful project execution, combining his hands-on skills as a tradesman with professional oversight to bring construction visions to life.
